When will my order arrive?

It depends on the shipping company you choose and the delivery person. We offer a range of shipping options in several major cities, and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days from order placement and confirmation.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, our contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to a select number of cities. All cities served by the shipping company's representative are listed on the delivery page.

You can request international delivery from our store team via WhatsApp to obtain product weight information and pricing from international shipping agents not currently listed with our store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

Please refer to our return policy to learn about the return and exchange conditions. If a manufacturing defect is found and a return is agreed upon, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to the shipping company and the return shipping. The product price itself will not be charged to the customer, according to our return policy.

I want to order in bulk. Is there a discount?

The store offers delivery for large quantities upon request, and there is a discount of 10-20% on some products. You can contact us directly through the Contact Us page to inquire about quantities and discounts.
